Dishonored to customers
I am not satisfied with your services, but while I am doing al requirements to dismiss my pet's policies from Trupanion, I do want to say that every 6 months the premium for one of my pets increase 10 dollars more. The declaration letters I get through my email has huge inconsistencies on effectives dates as of when they were sent. Prices are deflating so as the cost of life. Why this company is still increasing premiums and saying is adjusting to living costs; this is not true. It is also not true that when the insurance is issued the prices will increase because my dog haven't had any claims made.

Metlife response to claim:
With emergency that occurs out of the blue, the cost can begin to buildup. We are so grateful that we decided to get Metlife Pet Insurance. After sending in the information that was required for claim, we received our 100% reimbursement. If it was not for Metlife, we would be out a couple of thousand dollars. Thank you for such a quick response.

So far so good! I did a lot of research and Spot came up at the top of one and the top 3 of others. They appear to have the best coverage for the money. I am excited to be able to care for our new puppy without major stress about illness and accidents.

Wally had tummy trouble
Wally's tummy trouble necessitated trips to the emergency vet and a follow up with his regular vet. Health Paws coverage was as advertised and the claims process was very easy. Easy to use app. Great communication (via email) the whole way. Highly recommended.
