I havnt had to use spot insurance yet so I can't give them 5 stars yet but the price was cheaper then other companies.

We absolutely love Trupanion!
We absolutely love Trupanion! Our Boxer has had it since she was 10 weeks old. Unlike other pet health insurance they pay out directly to your vet...most other companies have you pay the vet the total and ypu have to wait for a check from the insurance company. Our Boxer is a high risk breed but because we purchased the insurance when she was a puppy and had heart cardio records she was approved and her rate won't change much. Our rescue ...a very mixed breed... has the same insurance at hslf the rate because she is not a high risk breed. We highly recommend Trupanion!

Cancer costs
Our girl Rylie had a melanoma on her rear paw. She had surgery. It was malignant. We went through hundreds of dollars in vet bills fighting cancer. She lost her fight. Through ALL we went through I could rely on Embrace pet insurance to help cover expenses. The agents/personnel were warm and reliable. After I filed a claim I was reimbursed very soon. I will never have a pup without Embrace coverage. I recommend them highly.

Scamn company you'll not get a penny back
Very bad company seems they do everything to not pay you back I've been more than 2 years with them I file 2 claims of 1600 never got a penny back They keep asking for additional doc and keep closing the claims I called them many times no success If you want get scammed chose this company Go to bbb and look their review there

He joins our 7 year old labradoodle who has been insured with Trupanion for the whole 7 years of his life Adding a new dog was so simple and gave us comfort knowing any medical issues would be taken care of in the event they arise Company was wonderful and professional and we highly recommend them
