BEWARE—Total Rip Off
We’ve had HP for 7 years…never filed a claim. We filed a claim recently for allergy treatment. Rejected initially as a “wellness visit”. Revisited after I complained. One week later premium increased from 250 to 550 a month.

Annual reprices are scheduled once a year on the policy's anniversary date for all policyholders and insurance regulations require that we send out a notice to our clients whenever there is a plan change. Embrace is the best
Embrace is the best! I had to take my boy to the emergency vet a couple weeks ago and they paid my claim( minus the deductible) in just a couple of days. I'm very happy with them and encourage others to get embrace for their pet insurance needs

Worth it!
Getting fetch insurance has been my greatest decision. After getting this insurance I found out my pet had cancer and luckily fetch was here to help. They have saved me thousands! If you are a pet owner, getting fetch insurance is a must!

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
As an 8 year paying customer of Trupanion. I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. They have denied every claim submitted since we started with them. And I have spent endless hours dealing with appeals for things such as incontinence in a 9 year old dog that they are arguing was a pre-existing condition from a visit at 1 1/2 yrs of age. They have also revised the terms of our policy with no notification. Which I believe to be illegal. We have cancelled all plans with them and I will be sure to tell anyone that is willing to listen about our terrible experience with Trupanion.
