My fur Baby
My fur baby Manny became very sick and lost a lot of weight. He was diagnosed has diabetic and Trupanion was there every step of the way making it extremely possible for Manny to get the right medication and helped him back onto the road to being healthy. Thanks Trupanion. Ava

Is wellness insurance worth it?
I am not sure that the wellness insurance is worth the money. I paid $192 for it. After two initial puppy visits to the vet costing over $500, I was only reimbursed $167. Other than that, the process for filing a claim through the app is amazingly easy.

If I could give Zero stars I would
If I could give Zero stars I would. This company seems to go ABOVE and beyond to DENY any claims they can. They have been awful to my mom and have tried to tie different vet visits together to claim they all had to do with a pre-existing condition, which by the medical notes from the vet herself and basic logic, had nothing to do with it. They will go above and beyond to deny your claim, but give you the run around when you want to file an appeal, which honestly, they are going to end up denying anyways and waste your time and money. Buyers beware, do not purchase pet insurance from Nationwide, it's a waste of money and time. I would be ashamed to be a part of this organization, and I can only imagine what getting other types of insurance through them is like... terrifying.

Healthy Paws has been a godsend
Healthy Paws has been a godsend for the rescue dog I adopted earlier this year. I was on the fence about whether to get pet insurance and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service is wonderful and they process claims accurately and efficiently. Would recommend them for any pet owner!

If you are on the fence about which insurance to get, get HealthyPaws. We have had HealthPaws for both of our pups for over seven years. This review is long overdue. When our 13-year-old puggle became suddenly ill, knowing we could focus on her and not have the weight of how much an emergency hospitalization was so helpful. From a business perspective, HealthyPaws has always reviewed the claims quickly and made payment in less than 10 business days (usually much faster), which is amazing. Then comes HealthyPaws humanity. After Zoe's unexpected visit, we received an email checking in asking how she was doing. *Never* in my human life, have I had an insurance company reach out to me after an unexpected illness. They do not only give you peace of mind to focus on the furry love of your life, by they care. They care about the furry ones they insure, and I am just not quite sure you can ask for more than that.
