Horrible
Horrible. Their app has been down for months. You are not able to submit a claim at all via the app or website. It’s extremely frustrating. Claims are delayed for payment by almost two months. It’s insane! Customer service can never do anything to help you. I’m so unimpressed by this whole company. What liars and crooks! We depend on this insurance for life saving money for our pets! Horrible company.

Slow processing time.
I submitted my very first claim 2 weeks ago. The claim submittle process was very easy however here it is 2 weeks later, and Spot still has not been able to fully review my claim. I got the impression when I signed up that the process was very " quick" and easy to submit a claim.

The absolute best!
The absolute best. Timely and responsive. And they even checked in on my sweet boy after his surgery. Don't put off getting pet insurance! Skip a few Starbucks trips during the month if you have to!

Such great insurance!
I can't recommend Healthy Paws enough! I've had their insurance for both of my dogs for years and it's the number one thing (and number one company) I recommend to all my friends and family who are pet owners. Their policies are clear, their site is easy, and it's so nice to know that you'll have one less headache to deal with when all you want to do is focus on your pet's health. My dog went in for surgery on Thursday, I submitted the invoice online in about 2 mins, and I had a direct deposit for my reimbursement on Monday. You can't get better service than that. I even got an email from the Healthy Paws team asking after my dog and wishing him a speedy recovery. Highly recommend!

Quality pet insurance company.
I filed two claims this year with Embrace Pet Insurance. One was for a surgical procedure for my dog, and the other was for an illness and testing for my cat. Both times, receipt of the claim was acknowledged within a day or two, and payment authorized within a week, along with receipt of payment for covered expenses in a timely manner. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can afford to give my pets quality care with the help of this company.
