We feel lucky for Trupanion's care of our dog. Their reports are prompt and explanatory that we can understand all the details. Coverage is great, we can seek for necessary treatment for our dog's care. They are also pretty approachable when we need to contact them.

Wonderful fast service. No difficulties and I even appealed 2 of the decisions which was also a very smooth process. I had submitted 10 years of records that were processed in just a few days. I was shocked that you would accept claims that old to being with. Very impressed!
