Terrible Pet Insurance
We had a terrible experience with this pet insurance. We bought it and paid $80+ monthly for over a year, only to find out that when we used it for the first time (the original vet bill was $700, this terrible insurance only reimbursed us $200). We ended up canceling and having to pay them a $150 fee because they had reimbursed us too much money! Embrace IS THE WORST PET INSURANCE. If you care about your pet and your wallet go with something else because this company is shit.

So quick and easy to do on line
So quick and easy to do on line, considering I didnt know how to use a computer and had to ask for help from a family friend and now I know how easy it is, will try more online stuff. Got my insurance for car at a price so cheap, would have been idiot not to take it. Saved over $200 which as a pensioner comes in handy. Now going to try and get my house insurance same way when it comes up for renewal.;

Poor after claim service
Had contact with someone prior to an insurance claim, was difficult to reach by phone but the service was good. Anyhow, afterwards I was asked to give a car key to the person in charge of evaluating the damages but did not have any addresses. So I wrote 3 emails to the person I spoke to never to be answered. Its been more than a week now and I still don't have any news of the evaluator. Very poor service and stressful experience knowing that Im not in town to take care of it myself. Cheaper insurance yes, but what about when its time to claim?
