Not all options on Website/Call and ask for all offerings
Brand new to the company so can’t comment on claims, etc. One sales rep was super helpful and caring, provided multiple quotes, but not one I should have considered equally. I bought through broker as I already had been working them prior to deciding on ASPCA. I bought policy on 7/13 so still in waiting period, but learned that there was a more cost effective Deductible with 100% reimbursement that is not found without calling and asking for the quote. On 7/18, four days after my purchase the representative was very nice but could not change or adjust my policy without cancelling and starting all over with new policy. I was a bit disappointed but decided to leave the policy as originally purchased, and was told I can change next year. So the only reason for 4 stars as they would change my original purchase. I post this mostly to say CALL and speak to someone and ASK for ALL your options deductibles, reimbursement amounts, etc. as all are not on website. I missed finding on a the brokers website also as it seems the only way I could have found was to select $1000 deductible then see the 100% reimbursement amount come up. Otherwise their site also shows a 90% max reimbursement for ASPCA. Very tricky if a first time shopper. Just know that you may have to wait till policy renewal to change or maybe even need the policy re-written to make a change. Otherwise, in doing a lot of research I chose ASPCA over others as they seem to be the most inclusive coverage wise for me and the best fit for my new guy. I hope to have a good long term relationship with ASPCA Pet Insurance.

The Best!
I wish human insurance was this encompassing and easy. I've have 3 cats insured and they've always been there for me. They are quick with your claims and clear in their explanations. And most importantly, they really care about your pet (and you!). Their customer service is excellent and empathetic. I can't recommend them enough!

This is the most comprehensive pet insurance policy I’ve found to cover my Golden Retriever and their breed related injuries. The policy was a reasonable price with great coverage.

Meh. It’s okay I guess.
It’s really not better or worse than any other pet insurance. If you want the basic wellness coverage, you’ll have to pay extra. It’s just as pricey as Fetch. It’s 60 for two dogs with accident only and coverage for their wellness visits. This isn’t even everything they offer and it’s also with a discount through my work. So yeah, whenever Bivvy starts accepting new pets, I’ll go there instead.
