Very very pleased
Very very pleased with a claim I felt might seem complicated but they totally sorted it out and fully covered me per my policy. It took a while but I received an update at one point assuring me it was being handled. I would absolutely recommend Pet’s Best for anyone looking for pet insurance.

Healthy Paws helps keep my Dutchess healthy!
When we adopted Dutchess, our first dog, we knew it might be advantageous to get pet insurance. And boy, are we glad we did. Within a couple years, we found our first Mast Cell Tumor! Though scary at first, with the great vets we have and Healthy Paws supporting our claims for surgeries and medication, approx. a dozen mast cell removals, spleen removal, and a bout of pancreatitis, we still have our girl 5 years later, and praying we have her for a few more. Healthy Paws has made the claim process easy, the reimbursement process easier and I've never had to dispute a claim (but please be assured you really understand the terms of your policy!). I'd recommend Healthy Paws to anyone out there that is looking for pet insurance.

Dependable, hassle free…
I carried trupanion on my German Shepherd from the time she was 12 weeks until her death at age 12. Over the years she had several minor medical problems and one chronic medical condition that lasted her whole life. She died of cancer and was in chemo for 9 months. In all this time trupanion always paid the claims promptly, without question and with no hassle. Cannot recommend this company enough. Every pet owner should carry. I spent a few evenings in emergency vet waiting rooms and saw people either having to take out credit or having to not treat their beloved pet because they couldn’t afford the treatment. Trupanion makes a stressful situation much less stressful. Thank you trupanion for being there throughout my special dog’s life.

When I sign up for this My… I need a phone number so I can call to custmer service to get help on this deal
When I sign up for this My understanding, I would be paying monthly plan on insurance for Cocoa. I get refund back from vet bill to Spot insurance to whatever Cocoa had done. I would get all or part of payment back. However I did not when I had Cocoa in see the vet when he got hurt thinking broken or out of place I couldn't get him sooner and I could not get my information in when computer not allowing me sent it to you he had x-ray and still not able to walk on four legs one leg injury from his fell and it going take time to heal I thought your policy saying part or whole no matter what. then what good for this ins. I am paying monthly on if i can't get back I am on fix income I am trying to help cocoa he is my emotional and service dog due I am deaf.
