Online insurance with non-functioning features
I have been a customer since Oct. 4. No problems. The very first time I use the online system (in this case respecting a move Nov 16) and there is a problem with the move feature on Sonnets end. There is NO alternative to process ie back up plan. Must cancel old policy and create a new one!!!

So easy to file the claim. I had a question during, so I reached out to customer service. I got through within 2 minutes and the person was super helpful, they were easy to understand, and quick, she told me exactly what to do. It took me about 5 minutes to finish the claim. I received an approval on the claim in less than a week! (They said 14-22 days, so I was happily surprised, which also allows me to pay off the credit immediately that I had to use!) I’ve already recommended manypets to all my family and friends. because you never know what could happen to your loved animal, and it makes making tough decisions and saving your pets life that much easier. I can happily say I was able to save my dogs life without having to be in financial distress. So worth it. If you love your animal get insurance for them!

It’s all great until you actually have to file a claim!
It’s all great until you actually have to file a claim. I filed a police report for a hit and run and called them the next day to file a claim. The woman took down the info and told me an adjuster would be in touch the next day. A several days past and no one reached out so I called in again. This time a gentleman picked up and said there was no information regarding my claim so I spent another 20 min explaining what happened and providing him the relevant info. He also told me that he made a phone appt for me with a reccomended auto body shop. I received no phone call from this auto body shop. An adjuster finally got in touch with me and gave me options of where I could get my car fixed. She told me I have to reach out to the auto body shop myself but when I tried no one picked up the call. I decided to then go through a different auto body shop and sent them an estimate. The adjuster forwarded the estimate to the appropriate team and told me that they should get back to be within a week. I followed up 8 days later but no reply from the adjuster. So I messaged and called again 11 days later and she finally got back to me saying that they need pictures of everything vin number and odo reading. This was all in the police report and was discussed and provided on the initial 2 calls!!! What a waste of my time!! Never experienced anything like this. Seems like customer service is only good when they want to get you on a plan. They also sent my renewal a few months early which now another thing added to the list of things to follow up on. They’re probably worried that I’m going to change insurance companies. It doesn’t seem like there is a proper process in place which is concerning to say the least. They also don’t include a rental in the comprehensive plan… unlike other companies. Edit: You are telling me to reach out to the claims team when they are the ones that I’m complaining about and can’t handle my request appropriately LOL! It seems like you send a generic message so it looks like you are addressing customer SAT issues when you could really care less
