Great price and coverage options. Easy to enroll once the quote was received and I love that you can use any veterinarian to prove care to your pet. Another bonus...any claims can be submitted online or on the app.

Heartbroken and Disgusted: Trupanion's Broken Promise! Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star out of 5) I am utterly devastated by my recent experience with Trupanion. Despite their promise to cover the cost of euthanization, they shockingly refused to honor their commitment, leaving me burdened with the entire bill during an already difficult time. Trupanion's lack of compassion and integrity has shattered my trust in them completely. I urge pet owners to steer clear of Trupanion and opt for a reliable insurance provider like Fetch instead. When I shared my ordeal with another insurance company, they were appalled by Trupanion's behavior, and I couldn't agree more. Avoid Trupanion at all costs! I have screen shots where Trupanion told me they would cover my poor dogs euthanasia. I will show you contact me.

Trupanion processed and approved our claim for medication promptly. The claim process was straight forward and easy. We are so happy to have Trupanion as our Insurance provider.
Compassionate Care
My elderly Bull Terrier needed a treatment plan focused on managing a chronic disease. Dr Greer listened. Together we developed a plan that allows my animal to be comfortable and enjoy his time remaining. I greatly appreciate Dr Greer and staff providing notes and paid receipt for services quickly. These documents are easily uploaded at Met Life My Pet's website. Met Life usually reimburses me from seven to ten business days. I will continue to be a customer, and should I adopt another dog, Met Life will again be my choice of pet insurance provider and Dr Greer my animal's doctor.

I am so glad I decided to get Metlife for my 🐕. It was easy and with the app I recommend you have it. The representative Summer was amazing in explaining everything. I highly recommend getting it. Thank you Metlife for pets.
