I submitted a claim on July 22 and it still hasn't resolved. I'm trying to figure why am I paying for insurance when they don't except the claim. I've declined a claim that I submitted. It was for additional medication and service for another sickness. I'm looking at another company that will cover my cats and give the service instead of the sorry it is taking so long but were working on it!!!! I would like to know who's the individual(s) reviewing the claims!!!

Delayed claim response
I submitted a claim on July 7th and it is August 6th and I have not heard a response on my claim. I'm very disappointed. That's a long time not to hear anything. I can understand a week or two but a month. I want to be nice and I want to be kind but I certainly don't understand the delay. Maybe I picked the wrong insurance company. I'm not sure

They have treated us nicely and answered our questions to a satisfactory level. They are willing to answer your questions as they are open 24/7 which I was really nervous about since I had several questions. I definitely recommend!

Easy online enrollment process, but…
It was easy to enroll online and all my questions were answered on the website. I did have two issues - I spoken to an employee a few days prior to my online enrollment and she gave me her phone number and extension. I called several times and always got her voice mail. I left a message with my name and number and she never returned my call. Second, there were several phone numbers listed on the website to call. I’m not really sure which of the six is customer support.
