Aside from taking my premium, nothing else with your organization seems to work. I've been trying to log into my account through your app for a couple of days now with absolutely no luck whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! I signed up for Embrace when my pup was 1 year old. He is almost 4 now, and was recently paralyzed from IVDD. Because of Embrace we were able to afford his care and treatment and this traumatic event was made easier (at least financially). Even more amazing is the fact that I submitted 2 claims in 2 weeks and both were paid within 2 days and I received our reimbursement within days. I never thought it would be that easy. Thank you Embrace! Anyone questioning whether to get pet insurance just do it! It's been more than worth it for us.

Very quick pay
Very quick pay. However, allowing only 30 dollars for heart worm medication is terrible. I do have a large dog so I have to get 2 boxes. I don’t believe large dog owners should be punished. I pay over 1400.00 a year for this insurance.
