I'm new here & not active yet, My honest opinion...
Why ask for my review? What do you want from me? You charge a lot for basic emergency/accident insurance and is not active yet. I likely will not need this coverage any time soon. If I started a bank account and put my money you charge me aside for when I need help I will most likely have the percentage of funds you would pay out. It seems all I did was fund you!

My claim was submitted and in the review process in a matter of minutes. It was approved and closed within a couple hours. Same day ACH deposit to my account! Awesome service for just a routine puppy shot that took 20 minutes. I paid less than $8 out of pocket.

Dont Use MET LIFE PET
A Met Life Pet Claims Team Lead called me TRYING to explain why they denied my claim. Their reasoning was so ridiculous I ending hanging up the call. So frustrating!!. All they want to do is take your monthly premium and when you need them to pay for a claim they deny it. Side Note to Owners: Don't ever use the word ITCHY when talking with your Vet. Met life Pet will use that one word and self diagnose your pet with a pre-existing ATOPY skin condition. If I could give them a negative stars rating I would.

I haven't had to use the insurance so far so i'm not sure how easy the claims process is. The reason I didn't give figo 5 stars is that when I got it for my puppy I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get his joints covered. Even after all I did in the fine print it said it still might not be covered.
