I called on a Sunday night and didn’t expect the call to be answered. The Gentleman Rep was very polite and informative. And guided me through the account set up process. It was a very stress free experience from a hectic day of puppy pick up at the breeder.

Filing a claim is simple and the web site is very "user friendly" with clear and easy-to-understand information. They processed the claim for our dog's knee surgery promptly and reimbursement followed soon after. They even followed up with an email to see how she was doing after her surgery!

Your policy to start wellness coverage the next day after enrolling was the best option. Your company was the only one to offer that to new dog owners that want vet services quickly for new puppy visits.

Spot Is fraudulent and dishonest.
This company commits insurance fraud by denying completely valid claims. The customer service is rude, refuses to escalate to their managers, will not send declarations unless you ask about 50 times, etc. They lie habitually and do not know how to read medical notes (or so thet pretend). Then they will say you are not sending the right medical notes even though they're the ones who get them. This company is a complete joke and I am about to file a complaint with the attorney general. Will definitely not be renewing. Their loss because I have a lot of pets and I do not have time or desire for their sheer stupidity and bad intent.

In the past 15 years
In the past 15 years, I have had a total of 7 pets on Fetch. I pay for the most coverage. Unfortunately I’ve had some bad health luck with my fur babies over the years. Fetch Pet Insurance has never ever let us down! For all those people who are unsure, all I can say is get Fetch! Years ago, my husband was skeptical of Pet Insurance and now it’s the first thing we do when we get a new pet! We would not be the same pet owners without Fetch. Just knowing when your fur baby is sick that you can say “yes” to needed tests or needed procedures is such a relief. In most cases, I get my reimbursement before my credit card bill even comes in. It is quick and easy! Fetch brings us peace of mind!
