Everything was handled in an efficient manner and instructions were easy to follow. However, Trupanion was supposed to have contacted our Vet. to get the final report however I don't think that has happened as we have not been paid as yet.

Hassle Free Reimbursements
The illness and injury coverage and reimbursement rates are great. Good customer service. My only complaint is that you can’t change your max coverage limit Year to Year without starting over and therefore having pre-existing conditions.

They really do NOT cover much
They really do NOT cover much, their goal is to deny as many claims as possible to stay in business! They have denied Every claim I submitted, stating its not covered in my state, what a scam waste of money!
