I don't feel like much is covered
I don't feel like much is covered. Of the 2 claims that I submitted, Over the past 2 years, I think the average reimbursement is less than 20%. I realize pet insurance is probably more beneficial if you have a major emergency.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service! Spoke with two people, one who was a manager, who could not give me any information as to why my dogs premium increased $200 a year. Never filed any claims on my 2 dogs during my 3 years with them and still got this enormous increase. They could not have cared less to help or look further into it. Disappointed and Embrace Insurance had better rates.

The sign up process was easy
The sign up process was easy. Customer service answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Their price beat all other insurances. I haven't filed a claim yet. We'll see how that goes when the time comes.

Nationwide is a SCAM
