Almost perfect 5 stars , just probably improve the reimbursement processing to a shorter number of days. Other pet insurance company do the same day. They pay the bill same day at the vet …hopefully this helps

Had around 8 months of insurance when my cat got some parasite. Took her to emergency in toronto health partners and 3 day stay.Cost me around 5k the whole deal.Submitted the invoice with docs notes 1 week later got %90 back per my plan. 0 issues.Highly recommended.

Active Puppy Approved
We got insurance for our first puppy thinking we would likely never use it. Within the first couple of months of having him, he had surgery from breaking his teeth, prescriptions to treat ear and nasal infections, and numerous vet visits. Fetch was wonderful and timely in reviewing and approving each claim. I definitely recommend them to all my fellow pet parents!

Ease of service and the quick response time! Our pups had an issue and the vet was very thorough I was afraid that like a lot of insurance places there would be fine print disallowing a lot of stuff.. this was not the case… submitted bill, was advised they were reviewing and were back to me and paid in the time allotted. Everything about the process was stress free and easy!

I am not a person to leave comments to my experiences, but in this case I really want to do it. When I bought the insurance policy for my dog it was the shock of seeing my best friend how she had to make the decision to put her dog to sleep for not having insurance, her pet was unexpectedly found to have cancer and unfortunately The treatment was very expensive and I saw that pain and sadness that I still can't get over after almost two years, I told my son who is in the navy we must all pay for medical insurance for our dog because I would go crazy if something happened to him and I called EMBRACE and the advisor who attended me told my friend's story and she very kindly also told me that she suggested I cover him for the medical problems that his race has very frequently and that dysplasia was one of them and that he recommended full coverage. At first I thought it was an unnecessary expense but through USAA they gave us a discount and I decided to take the policy and now I'm glad I did because I had an emergency with my dog, not because of cancer, thank God, but disc 2 and 3 were They separated from the thorn and he was unable to walk and had to see a specialist. I was so desperate when they told me the cost of the surgery could be between 8,000 and 12,000 dollars. I called the insurance I told them and they told me that as soon as I paid everything, I submitted the claim that they would refund me. My dog underwent surgery and was hospitalized for 3 days and the reimbursement was made to me in less than 10 days, 100% of its coverage as stipulated in my full coverage contract. They covered medications, medical tests, MRI, laboratory tests, hospitalization. my dog has been operated on for a month and thank God he is walking again and I am very happy to have made the best decision to buy him an insurance policy and EMBRACE I ONLY HAVE WORDS OF THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP.
