Amber and Megan were super helpful, going through my claims and explaining what was going on. Megan sent me an email outline all the claims that were in review, the outcome and all reimbursement.

This is a BAD pet insurance company. Stay away.
Had a policy for my beagle for about five years. Then all of a sudden my monthly premium was increased from $266 to $444, without notification. Was never given a reason but I assume it's because he's now about 12 years old. Stay away from this company. This company is trash.
