Excellent Experiences
This is the third time that I have had to contact or file a claim with Embrace. I have had other insurances before, but my experience so far with this company has been impeccable. The customer service representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Every request or question that I have had has been resolved promptly. I am extremely happy with Embrace and will recommend it to other pet owners I know.

Great Pet Insurance Company

Can’t get anything covered
Can’t get anything covered. Would need an extreme scenario to go past deductible, and even when I did go past the deductible and needed prescription food they never cover it, feels like paying for nothing

Mixed Review
Our experience is a bit mixed. I guess, in retrospect, make sure you understand how preexisting conditions work. Here's the good: Quick enrollment (through my employee benefits package). Excellent mobile app. Easy way to submit claims. Cons: Preexisting conditions also excludes euthanasia. They consider that a "treatment". Go figure. So, make sure to carefully read the exclusions and question everything. The fact that euthanasia is a "treatment" is sort of a slap in the face. On top of that, they excluded IBD, not cancer. The latter is what my pet died from. In Summary: If you're going to get pet insurance, get it when you get your pet so there are (hopefully) no preexisting conditions.
