Insufficient Choices in Diagnosis Drop Down.

The web site did not allow us to give a more accurate diagnosis because it wasn't listed. Had to use one provided in the drop down or it said the claim would be slowed down. We put diarrehea down which was not the closest reason for the office visit but was the closest to an eating disorder which was not listed.

Better than my personal health insurance

We have been a Healthy Paws member for six years and luckily have had only one major health issue with our adopted dog. He recently underwent surgery on his knee for a luxated patella. The claim process couldn’t have been easier. I was nicely surprised that the check arrived within a week of submitting the claim and all of the surgery expenses were covered including post rehab treatments, no questions asked. They even followed up after the surgery to check up on his progress. If only my health insurance company was so customer focused! Sent from my iPad

I'm displeased with the rate increase

I'm displeased with the rate increase, and concerned about future increases, and the answers I looked for were not clear.

I love the peace of mind and their coverage!

I've had ASPCA insurance for my sweet pup since day 1 of bringing him home (of course with the 2 week waiting period). I recommend this insurance to all the pet parents I know! I've never had any issues and anytime I've called customer service with questions or for anything, they've been incredibly helpful. I love the peace of mind that comes with having him insured since he was a puppy, but it's never too late! You want to have this before you need it, just like with any insurance! There are many tiers and options for premiums and deductibles and they are very clear what is and isn't covered. You don't have a network to stick with, and can take your pet anywhere you choose (I believe even in Canada and Mexico). I highly recommend and trust ASPCA to choose the best underwriter to put their trusted brand and name to their insurance.
