Claim is easy to submit, though I’d suggest that more reasons for taking pet to vet were listed. Acknowledgement of claim comes after a few days and decision is also quick.

Constantly increasing fees
The coverage is pretty good, however in 2 years our coverage has increased by $40/month. EDIT- in response to the reply from Trupanion. The reasoning all makes sense, but potential customers need to know that the price that they start with will not be the price they pay forever.
