Paid over $140/month for 15 years
Dog in great shape, blood work great just can't see or hear. Wanted to give her at least her site. Rat Terriers can live to 22 years. Didn't cover meds, cataract surgery (was eligible) but won't confirm they would pay the bill, $2500/eye. Couldn't risk paying out of pocket. don't know if I would use them again.

Recommended by Maggie’s vet
Easy sign up, good coverage choices and good price. Also was one of 2 insurances recommended by vet. We went with Trupanion because it was a better deal price wise.

Pet insurance
My vet software dropped comment on a visit back in 2022 which was not true! I worked with Met Life to provide details. My vet was finally able to provide a correct record and email saying he had a software issue. My claim was paid out at 90%! I will be finding a new vet for sure! Thank you to the customer service team!!!

A trip to an out of city emergency vet…
A trip to an out of city emergency vet was denied and deemed a wellness visit. Per their FAQ: Wellness and routine care (flea and tick control, spay/neuter, vaccinations). Submitted proof of the following: diagnosis of upper respiratory infection, antibiotic therapy, anti-nausea med, fluids, and emergency consultation fee. Denied my claim. In order for me to resolve this, I must visit the out of city emergency vet in person to have them fill out a form with their reasoning on why it is not a wellness visit.

I dot have a claim ... Just a comment .My dog is 12 years old . they just gave me a message on screen that they could not give me a quote. Sad thought that they wont even bother with the old dogs . I never even got to enter the young dog or the other 2 -total of 4 dogs I was getting insurance for.
