TOP NOTCH COMPANY!
Oh my gosh! You guys are ON THE BALL! I had started "add a new pet" on my policy, and before I could even finish, Rebecca was calling me! I really needed help anyway, because I wanted the same policy level that I had with my other cat, so it was purr-fect that she finish up adding my policy. She was so friendly, it was like talking with a friend. 😺 Submitting claims is super easy with this company as well. Within 20 minutes, I get an email that my claim was processed. I wish my own health is company was this quick. It takes them weeks, sometimes months to do what you guys do in 20 minutes!

Insurance that cares & pays... no yearly deductibles!!!!!
Trupanion stood by me when I lost my first Boxer 3 years ago I don't know what I would've done without them by my side. I've referred countless people even strangers to Trupanion and I know of some that signed on and have been just as happy as myself. Not too long ago. There was a story on the today show that was a terrible miss representation of Trupanion. The person they interviewed spoke of and experience with Trupanion that's totally foreign to myself and others that I have recommended to Trupanion. It really upset me because I know how people believe things I see on TV and I just hope and pray that people did their homework before son gone with another insurance company for their pet, if there's one thing that I would change about Trupanion and is the only thing that I would change it's that if they had a credit card top payment for upfront bill to pay the veterinarian so I didn't have to come up with money on the spot I know only one other pet insurance that does that there are other rates are much higher though, because you pay a yearly deductible instead of a per illness deductible for the lifetime of your pet sometimes it is hard to come up with thousands of dollars but I would never stray from Trupanion. In closing I will just say everyone I've ever spoke to that represents Trupanion on the phone has been so kind so patient and always ask about my pet and how he's doing. That's the one I lost and my current boxer I love Trupanion. 🩷
EMBRACE is a Wonderful and Caring company!
I've had my Embrace policy for several years and never had to use it-until now. My fur baby, Puggsley, became ill out of the blue and I tried everything to save him, but sadly I lost him. I called Embrace the day after and wanted to ask what my options were and they were FANTASTIC!!! I was covered to the max amount on my policy and the claims process was very easy. The young man I spoke to was very helpful and caring. I really appreciated this during such a painful time. I will definantely use them again, if I do adopt another pet. Thank you to the EMBRACE team for everything!!!
