You and Bivvy misrepresented your product to be well pet insurance instead of major medical insurance separately on its own like bivvy used to be. You said I had up until the end of my first month to cancel and I did but I haven't been refunded yet

Decent Insurance
Glad to have had insurance while treating my dog for meningitis. Only downside is having to wait a while for claims to be processed and the reimbursement check to come in the mail.

Do not embrace Embrace
After submitted five claims and having them all rejected, I realized that this was a premium-collection company, not an insurance company. I was conned and I accept that. However, two weeks after advising them I was cancelling the policy I received a notice that they were raising my monthly premium. I can't say if pet insurance is a scam generally, but if you're shopping for coverage, I'd pass on Embrace.

We love Pets Best and the coverage it offers. The downfall is when the claim is not wellness related, it takes much longer to be reimbursed.

Too early to rate
Too early to rate, so Average is all I can say so far. Auto payment with credit card seems set up but I have not experienced any service or claims so I can't fairly complain but I will respond once I have experienced their response. I will say they try to prepare you for issues and high documentation requirements. I have cancelled two previous companies with which I had bad experiences so I have high expectations.
