Emergencies and my Fur-baby
My dog was having an emergency issue so I needed to get questions answered about my plan. I know that the reps have limited capacity on how much info that they can give. Lauren Pierce and Megan Sparks even though limited; both were so calming, professional, and friendly able to assist me so much without going against policy and procedure.
