Do not choose Fetch for your pet insurance. They deny everything! My vets even sent letters disagreeing with them denting my claims and they still would not cover what their policy states., horrible company

Good Insurance
I got this insurance in case of something unexpected. I didn't expect to actually use this insurance for such a young dog but my 2-year-old Corgi ended up with multiple bouts of Colitis and we are still searching for the cause. Healthy Paws has reimbursed quickly and has been super easy to work with. I'm so glad I elected to go with them when I got our Corgi. I don't worry about the vet bills so much now that I know they reimburse quickly and easily.

Took over a month for review of claim
Took over a month for review of claim. When asked, they said they sent a request for vet notes and vet never received so I had vet send. Two days later I FINALLY received a response. Too much follow up on my part.

Claim processing
WOW ! Just WOW. I submitted a claim on 08/30/2023 and the claim was processed overnight. I have never never heard of any Ins CO to process a claim overnight.
