Super easy
Super easy. I took a screen shot of my pets invoice and uploaded it the App. Took about 3 1/2 weeks and I received the reimbursement check. I just which the rates didn’t increase. Always helpful employees

confusing website
I reached out to customer service for help in navigating the website. The website is difficult to navigate: - it is hard to find the login - there are instructions to have your vet email invoices to mypetcloud, but no instructions on what happens next (that you actually need to do something further) - there are other options for the vet to email invoices, that cause claims to happen, but this not clear on the website. That said, the customer service person was helpful and got my claims processed.
