This insurance has declined to apply one penny of pet expenses to my deductible. They always seem to find a loophole to avoid. Sickening way to treat customers. I’ve recommended it to my neighbors but no more as I don’t trust them.

I did a ton of research before I made my decision and Figo fit our needs best. 3 days after I purchased, my pup had an emergency and Figo was AMAZING with assisting me through the process.
