I bought heartgaurd for my dog yearly and they would not reimburse my second purchase a year from the first because I had hit my max. I pay them almost 100 dollars a month and they are a complete scam. Will be finding new insurance immediately.

I've had my senior kitty enrolled for a few years. Now that serious health issues have sadly arisen, I have been so relieved that Embrace has done exactly what my policy described. A stressful and difficult period with your sick animal should not be further complicated by worry if your policy will come through... I've been given fast reaction time, clear claims processing, customer care, and direct deposit fund reimbursement. I would rate them 10 stars. I will keep Embrace for any new pets who join our family in the future. I'm a grateful customer and pet parent during a devastating illness.

Bad attention and no good communication with veterinary
My pet Cala, had intestinal diarrhea. The Veterinary said high and clear that you guys will cover the expenses of his treatment 100%. Since she had it last January we did the claim but your answer always was negative. I'm quite tired and disappointed and I feel scammed and cheated... I have been paying the insurance every month and also my cat's sickness. I will leave a google review also to allowed everyone know that you are not a reliable company... Thanks

Simple, easy, and expedient process.
It was very easy to submit a claim and took less than 5 minutes. A simple list of questions to answer (with drop-down options to guide you) and an upload of the bill and I was done. Claim was processed very fast (days shorter than their estimate).
