Recommend Spot
I would very much recommend Spot. The four star is based on A) claims taking too long to process/pay out B) Spot requiring medical information that is repetitive for ongoing conditions. But they do pay out and there app is quite user friendly

I'd give them ten stars!
Embrace has been wonderful. We did not expect to have a claim on a young, healthy dog-- but when we had an unexpected health problem, we did. They reviewed it promptly and paid on the claim without delay. Knowing we had Embrace made it easy to make decisions to engage in the necessary diagnostics to know what we were dealing with (which were not inexpensive!). We now have a fully recovered dog who got the treatment he needed urgently and the support he needs to have a healthy, long life.
