Pricey and misleading
Pricey, misleading, doesn’t delivers what it promised. It stated this policy came with over $1,500 in savings. Pure lies, big furry lies. So annoyed.

I had my 6 mo old puppy in to the vet…
I had my 6 mo old puppy in to the vet for severe vomiting. Got a $1395 bill!! No regrets for treating my sweet girl but WOW! Told my vet we had insurance and within 3 min -yes 3 min- she had submitted my claim and was paid $913! I was so surprised how quickly they responded and paid. 10stars!!!

Stress-free, functional, and easy…
I appreciate how functional and easy the app is to use. All apps suffer from glitches or server issues from time-to-time, where a file may not upload properly. But I’ve experienced very few issues and found this very reliable over the years. Additionally, while I always try to submit the necessary documentation (invoices, receipts, clinical notes), it is very nice that there is not an extreme or unnecessary layer of scrutiny from MetLife when dealing with varying documentation from different veterinarians. Both of these things lend to a very easy and stress-free experience when trying to focus on taking care of our pup. Great job MetLife Pet Ins. 👍🏼

Another good experience
I have had Pumpkin insurance for years. I cannot say enough about them. They are a wonderful pet insurance for our fur family. Had to contact them by phone and their customer service guy is the best. Very patient and super friendly.
