Affordable and fast
Super easy to make a claim with fast results. We bought one with a low deductible and higher coverage at a very affordable price for us. Made a claim and within 7 business days of the claim we had our money direct deposited into our account without questions.

Your Customer Service is outstanding
Your Customer Service is outstanding. All of the ladies that I had a pleasure speaking to helped me get through the process of signing up, how to navigate the system for both of my new babies. I feel very comfortable knowing that if I need something explained or help in any way that your team will be there for me. Additionally my claim was filed immediately and withing days a refund was in my account. I can't say enough about the insurance and your team. I have recommended you to everyone that asks me who I have insurance with. Thank you!

1 month down, so far good!
I am a first time pet owner, and a college student so saving money while also being a responsible person led me down a rabbit hole of pet insurance. After some digging I found Spot and so fair it has been lovely! I’ve only had it for one month, and only done one claim but with my plan ( I think I have gold?) it covered almost about 90% of the vet bill (vaxs, wellness exam, etc). Process was super easy and took about a week for the claim to come through. Can’t complain! Great ease of mind having my fur baby covered!

So thankful
Not sure where I would be today without this coverage. This has been a lifesaver during TPLO. So easy. Money was there when I picked up my pup.

My dog was insured with Fetch since 2015
My dog was insured with Fetch since 2015 which was back then Petplan and Fetch took over sometime through the years. In 2023 I made my first claim for a dental procedure due to periodontal disease. Fetch made every possible way to deny my claim. For example, in 2020 it was during the pandemic when most vets are not taking in any annual exams only emergency cases. My claim was denied because my dog did not get an annual exam every year despite it was during a pandemic. They also never ask for me to submit the medical record in 2015 when I started the policy. However, right now they are saying I am unable to provide the medical record in 2015 therefore the claim is also denied. They are finding every excuse to deny my claim. If you want to be scammed by this company then continue insuring your pet with Fetch.

Don't plan on this to come to your rescue.
My pet became ill and required critical care and hospitalization. I had a $500 deductible with my 90% coverage. Only one emergency hospital in the greater Toronto area was willing to accept coverage from the insurance company and as a result my pet did not make it. I was perplexed as to why that was..until I saw how much I was being reimbursed for. So of a hospital bill of around $1400...I ended up paying almost $1000 and for a vet bill of $1200...I ended up paying almost $900. So it's clear that this So called 90 % coverage with no caps is not true even with a $500 deductible. For all those pet owners who think that this coverage will cover an icu visit, think again. And they sent my limited reimbursement via cheque when its 2023 and my policy payments come out direct deposit. Never ever again!
