Great Service & Price - Definitely Recommend
I did detailed research on various pet insurance companies and Fetch offered the most coverage for the most affordable price. Of course you never know how good a company is until you need to file a claim; which I did in November. I had a $1600 claim for my dog swallowing something and it causing an obstruction; filed the claim on 11/15 and the reimbursement was in my account on 11/23! I was truly amazed! There were no questions asked and no battling; everything was covered, minus my deductible and my 10% responsibility. Communication was good, received a couple texts keeping me informed during the week. I have colleagues that have recommended other companies, I will read the terms and do quotes just to appease my curiosity, but they have not come close to the affordability of Fetch and the services they cover!

My dog was diagnosed for cancer is…
My dog was diagnosed for cancer is undergoing cancer chemotherapy. Was a big relief to be reimbursed for this expensive therapy with no fuss. I do not know if helped that my dog is being treated at a big reputable animal hospital but that is the only thing I can think of if someone else had more trouble getting reimbursed. Highly recommended. I am leaving this review at different sites in gratitude.

Pet Insurance
I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough, they covered exactly what they said they would and the $$ came in less that 2 weeks. So worth the monthly payment! I was hesitant to buy insurance thinking it was a scam but 3 other friends use this plan and we all have had a great experience.

Misleading, expensive, and they jack up the price
I have been with Fetch for about 8 years...everything was fine until my dog started having medical conditions. Since then they have doubled my premiums each of the past 2 years (started at $60/month, now they want $250/month). Every time I try to make a claim, somehow my deductible hasn't been met, even though it's the end of the year and I have already paid through the deductible. They always want more info from your vet, be ready to keep lots of records and send them in. Takes about 2 weeks to get your money if they do decide to pay, they do not pay to your vet, you will have to wait to get reimbursed.

Emergency bacl surgery
My dog had to have emergency back surgery. Within five days Healthy Paws had approved the claim. They are wonderful, courteous, and prompt. I recommend them to any people with dogs.

ASPCA Pet Insurance Very Disappointing
You would think that pet insurance associated with a reputable organization like the ASPCA would be committed to helping you take care of your four legged family members. Instead, they are quick to reject your claim and try to justify it as a “preexisting condition.” When you submit a letter from your veterinarian stating that it was not a preexisting condition, they are non-responsive. They actually tried to claim that because the vet stated that our dog was “lethargic” when he hurt his leg 5 months previously, it was connected to an inflammation of the brain later that year. They will work hard not to support your claim. Don’t get this insurance unless you want your pet’s medical emergency to be even more stressful!
