Stay away
Stay away! I was mislead by the nice sale team and now I am enraged!! My puppy had chronic diarrhea as a puppy only to find out she is allergic to chicken. I brought her to a gastrointestinal vet who said this was dietary and she has never had a problem since. When I was doing my due diligence. The sales team at Embrace told me that if there are no issues after one year we will cover her completely. Well, guess what? After having this policy for one year, we just went up for a review. Not only was I told she will never be covered for any gastrointestinal issues. They also mentioned that her dermatological issue will be covered after a year has passed. FYI, it was an ear infection!! Stay away from this company!! Everyone is nice until they have to pay. Bye Bye Embrace!!

Safety Net I was grateful to have
My dog was hit by a truck; she was hospitalized for 6 days before she was stable enough for surgery. The cost of care was so much more than I imagined or could afford. Having insurance made the decision of going through with treatment easier. Embrace's claims process is very simple. We continue to have costs associated with her rehab and I'm so grateful to have the cushion that pet insurance provides.

Best pet insurane EVER!
I'm so glad I got Spot Pet Insurance when I did. My dog is almost 4 yrs old and has had a lot happen this year, and if we didn't have Spot, we would definitely be hurting financially. It's easy to submit claims online. If I have questions, I can just give them a call and speak to someone which has been very helpful at times. It takes a little time in the beginning to establish a pet history for claims/reimbursement, but once done, things move along nicely after that. I have direct deposit set up so reimbursements are sent as soon as as claims are completed. They also send notifications to let me know which step of the claim process I am in and if action is needed from me. Overall...I am very satisfied with Spot and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking to get pet insurance 👍

Healthy Paws is Great
Healthy Paws has been really great for us over the past couple of years owning a handful of a dog. Claims are processed VERY quickly (1-2 days on average) and they recently came through for us on an expensive ACL repair surgery. They even personally emailed me to follow up on how our dog was recovering, which was a nice touch.

I have three dogs and I believe in taking care of All family members! I chose Spot because they do to, at an affordable price. They have great coverage plans that fit each pet. They make it easy to file a claim and they pay right away! I recently noticed that taking good care of my fur babies paid off as my premiums went down!

Unfortunately, I got this issue on a switch from a different insurance and got this one because the website said and internet said this was the best. Well, unfortunately, I got accidents, things happened at pet insurance. Unfortunately, accidents do occur if it's unpreventable. Sometimes my dog ends up hurting herself. And they told me because it wasn't in the 6 months period that it wasn't covered. So I'm asking the lady on the phone, so was I supposed to make my dog sit and suffer and pain till 6 months? Would you do that for yourself if you were just as a human getting out of a tub and you slipped and fell? Which insurance makes you waste 6 money for a fix? You, no, so things like this happened. That's unpreventable that you can not help and you'll be penalized. Somehow I spent altogether. 2007 dollars, but they looked on this bill and found some for $27 out of that bill and pay me 25. But you just said you wasn't paying for the bill or the injury. Because the 6 months grave period didn't come occur. Hasn't occurred yet, so how can you take something out of a 6 month grace period and find something in that bill that is covered? Explain it to me that doesn't make sense. You go on the bill and you find something that you can cover 425 hours. But remember, you said that's it's not within the 6 months grace period so how can you take some off the bill for $25 and send to me, but that's covered the rest of the bill just don't make sense so I will be careful with this Insurance Company. Because they're not being truthful and they're picking and pieces out of different things if you have a injury with your pet. And then I'm gonna pay the whole bill if you're not in that grace period and I'm gonna pay. But they're gonna find one little bit of peace that they can pay You for which doesn't make sense 9/21/2023 Yes, I do understand that but explain to me. How can you go on a bill that you state that? You don't cover because the 6 month grace period has not been paying yet. But you can take off bits and pieces or some parts of it and pay me off of it. How can you do that? You explain it to me? You call me? I called the office. Nobody can explain that part to me 9/22/2023 On your website says quote The Accident plan covers the treatment of accidents, including exams, X-rays, surgeries, hospitalization and medications. In addition to the exclusions listed below, the Accident plan does not cover any illnesses, routine care, acupuncture, or chiropractic treatment. So Explain to me why did not get reimbursed for her examination? Her x-rays her medication. Oh I think i did get something that was $25. I don't know that was for medication, but Medication was more than 25 hours, pretty sure that Now explain to me that.
