Awful
We had been recommended petsbest by our vet when we had brought our dog in. We had bought her two days before we signed her up for pet insurance. She had a seizure a week later and pets best is considering it pre existing. Not sure how it's pre existing when we literally just bought her a week prior she was 6 weeks old. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Our dog was diagnosed with a liver shunt and we now have to put her to rest as we can't afford her surgery and petsbest won't help cover any costs due to it being "pre existing"

The good news is they pay the claims…
The good news is they pay the claims very well. Unfortunately the claims process can be a nightmare. I had to send in the information countless times and waste much valuable time but ultimately my claims were all paid to my satisfaction. My recommendation is to process the claims through email . Send invoices and soap notes from the vet and in the email let them know what is attached so they can’t say they don’t have it. That was the biggest headache. Customer support was terrific. Thank you

This was my first time to make a claim, and I was very pleased that all worked as expected. Submitting the claim was easy and response time was fast. Once I reached my deductible I immediately received a check for the amount over that. I am so glad I purchased Embrace!
