I can't give it a full five stars…
I can't give it a full five stars because they turned me down on a claim saying that what my dog had happened before I had insurance but they don't know that. My dog has a wart on his eye and I told the vet I don't know when he got it so I guess the assumption insurance company makes is it must have happened before he had insurance so I'm not happy with that but whatever. However I do have to say for my first claim of what they did pay for they were very quick with getting back to me when I submitted my claim and that's a good thing because I didn't expect as much. I went into this thinking pet insurance is a scam so I guess these guys are legit.

Having Trupanion pet insurance for 15 years now has helped me feel secure in case of any medical emergency. With my "older/Senior" dog now the burden of expenses (for his chronic heart and kidney failure) has been less! Claims are processed and paid quickly!!

Claim reimbursement takes long time
Claim reimbursement takes long time. Services not covered after I was assured when signing on that 6 mth waiting period and complete coverage. Not happy with outside agents
