So Easy!

They have been very easy to work with and promptly processed and paid claims according to the plan we selected. When our poor little dog passed away after a sudden deterioration in her health, they sent us flowers. Wow! That was unexpected and much appreciated.

high cost
Each year, the insurance rate increases substantially to the point where I may not be able to afford it. I know I do not get as much back in reimbursement as the insurance cost me, but I am seriously considering just putting the payments into a savings account so if she does need more expensive procedures, I will have the money to pay it. I pay insurance for myself, which does not increase with my age as hers does, so would like to continue to insure my pet, but am not sure I can afford that.

Our Pumpkin experience.
When we signed up for Pumpkin , we did so to make sure that if something of a very serious nature may happen to our dog, it would help us financially. We had not submitted claims until our dog did actually become very ill. As we went through the many Veterinary visits and purchase of several medications, we thought it best to get help in submitting our claims. The Pumpkin Team were incredibly helpful, and genuinely understanding, kind, and extremely helpful in assisting us through the process.
