Thought I had signed up on line over the weekend. Gave all 3 dog’s information & my checking account information. Found out when I called to ask a question that I wasn’t registered at all. ***Need to mark adds on line that it’s “ Only a quote, you need to call to register”

Registering our account online to was super frustrating because although I thought I followed directions very well, I kept being told that there was this or that problem! Once I called, the folks I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and fixed issues. The online robot did not give me useful information.
