Very easy to file claims
Very easy to file claims, and reimbursements come quickly. Plus, the added peace of mind knowing if something outside of the ordinary happens to my Sheepadoodle, I've got insurance to help handle the unexpected costs.

Fantastic experience
I purchased pet insurance as a safe guard. Never thought I’d really need it until I did. I filed a claim, they reviewed it and paid it promptly. Embrace keeps their word
I’d had a policy for both of my sweet dogs for two years before I had to file my first claim. In July 2023, my precious boy Wrinkles was suddenly diagnosed with a large tumor in his chest as well as pleural effusion. Over the next 30 days, we did everything absolutely possible to try to extend his life for many more great years. Unfortunately, by the time we drove down to Colorado State University to meet with the oncologists to develop an action plan, though, Wrinkles started to decline rapidly. He was hospitalized in their critical care unit for 36 hours with the hope to stabilize him so we could move forward with treatment. The tumor grew so fast during that time, however, that he became unable to breathe without assistance. His body could not fight anymore. We had to make the massively difficult, painful decision to have him put to sleep there, surrounded by his family with many hugs and kisses, after enjoying some delicious treats and tasty bison wet food. In our hearts, the only thing more painful than choosing to have him put down with all of us there holding him and loving him would have been him dying alone in that oxygen cage while waiting for stabilization and further steps with oncology. Because of Embrace, from the moment of his diagnosis, we were able to say YES to everything recommended by his veterinarian, from the additional appointments here in North Dakota to the fine needle aspirate to the biopsy to the multiple chest x-rays and abdominal ultrasounds as well as the steroids. We were also able to go to CSU with Wrinkles without even blinking an eye, knowing that there was no concern with how much treatment would cost. All that truly mattered was that we were going to do everything we could to get this tumor removed so he could live the rest of his beautiful life. It is devastating beyond words that this cancer progressed so fast that we couldn’t beat it. But thanks to Embrace, again, I know we did all we humanly could. About one week after Wrinkles’ passing, I did the painful work of submitting his records and filing the claims. I did not know what to expect. Of course, I was a bit scared of the worst case scenario that Embrace was either going to ask a lot of questions and give me a hard time during this devastating chapter of my life, or even find some components of his treatment not to pay for, for some reason. After just a handful of days, however, Embrace deposited the contractually stated 80% of Wrinkles’ medical bills into my bank account. In a time of searing grief and sadness, this was one small bright spot- to be able to pay off his bills right then. Thank you, Embrace. We really do appreciate you.

i mean i’ve only submitted one claims…
i mean i’ve only submitted one claims for one of my kittens so far and i was shocked when i got the reimbursement!!! i got over half of what i paid for the appointment. i haven’t seen it in my bank account yet but im sure that’s just because it’s the weekend. anyways so far i am very satisfied!
