TRUPANION IS THE WORST !!!
I chose this company because it was one of the companies advertised in my Vets Office. My dog was only a few weeks old when I enrolled with full coverage. Almost 1 year and a half later after I never submitted any claims my dog developed a seasonal allergy that required a seasonal medication. I submitted the claims and they refused on the count that on his first visit/wellness check, he had a small amount of yeast in his ears, which in their book constitutes as "allergy". They were extremely rude during my conversation with them. Their phone lines are answered by incompetent people who know nothing about veterinary care, not to mention very unprofessional answering from their homes. We think our loved pets will be protected but this company is a scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRUPANION!!! All she said was "you should have read the fine print'.
