My pet is being treated for a limp that in a chat I was told would not be covered. Also, my 2 claims say they are awaiting Vet information. I was a the vet and asked them about this. They said they didn't receive any request for Mia"s chart. What is going on with my claims?

No one responded to my Support Request
I selected the wrong coverage but couldn't cancel it because the start date was -1. I contacted your Support but because it was Christmas Eve, no one got back to me (and I understand this is a holiday time). However, no one got back to me and it's now 5 days since.

I got my beautiful Boston terrier December 2006. I didn’t get the insurance right away and was very sorry I did not. But once I got it, everyone was helpful, professional, prompt, an all-around, good experience all the way to the end of his wonderful life.
