Great coverage for my dogs
Great coverage for my dogs, I have 2 Great Danes, this breed is somewhat high maintenance so I’m often at the vet for one thing or another. Claims are processed quickly and the ease of setting up my online account for direct deposit for reimbursement was simple. I’ve had my policy around 3 yrs. and haven’t had any issues. Times that I’ve called for answers to questions I’ve had have been answered and was satisfied with the response. Your representatives that I’ve had the opportunity to talk to have been friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. I do recommend spot insurance to family and friends when pet insurance is the topic of conversation. Thank you so much for the service spot provides.

The subscription fee was automatically increased
The subscription fee was automatically charged to my husband's credit card, and I didn't notice that over the course of 2 years, the fee increased by 90%, going from $52 to $92. I submitted two claims, both of which were rejected with codes that I couldn't understand the real cause of. With a $500 deductible and a maximum out-of-pocket expense of $3,000, I'm struggling to see the benefits of this service. I initially registered because it was a benefit offered by my company, but now it seems like a total scam – a waste of both money and time.
