Frustrated
I have been working with you guys to get a claim paid for over a month now. Everytime you requested additional information, I responded with that information far within the allotted time given, yet you still denied the claim for not responding to your request. So Frustrating. Now over a month later I am still trying to get the claim reviewed. Not the best experience.

Purchased Health Insurance When Sierra was a puppy
I purchased health insurance for my beagle puppy, Sierra, when we got her. I did this because I wanted to be sure that her potential ailments when she was older would be covered. I never thought she would be having major problems when she was only four and a half years old! Healthy Paws was wonderful about covering the expenses for various tests that she had to have and never questioned the Vet's recommendations for these tests. They have always promptly paid for these tests. She is now hopefully going to recover and be back to her normal perky self.

Tux - Healthy Paws Invaluable
Healthy Paws has been invaluable to us. We have had our policy for over 10 years and rarely needed it until this year. Our baby, Tux, a wonderful, loving, beautiful lab mix has had a rough last few months. He was hospitalized in July with aspiration pneumonia and recovered wonderfully. Healthy Paws did not hesitate in paying out claims well over $20,000. And recently he has had seizures which have resulted in many emergency vet visits and many medicines to help him. my dog needed surgery …
my dog needed surgery and all i needed to do is have my vet to submit the invoice and it was approved and paid quickly. i love the ease of use of the website and any time i have to call Trupanion EVERYONE has been so nice and helpful. I will always recommend Trupanion!
