Don’t waste your money or time
Sent this email a while back. I still have yet to hear from them. They find every way possible to get out of coverage. You appear to justify your denial of coverage based on Zoey not receiving Hydrotherapy from a “provider that meets the qualifications outlined for coverage of treatments by a non-veterinarian listed in the Recovery and Complimentary Care Rider.” The Rider requires that treatment be: 1. Recommended by a veterinarian, and 2. Provided by either, a. a veterinarian or under direct supervision of a veterinarian, or b. a qualified professional (e.g., a registered and credentialed member of the Canine Rehabilitation Institute and/or the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians) Zoey’s Hydrotherapy was recommended by multiple vets. zoeys hydrotherapy was recommended by all creatures vet clinic. Additionally, her hydrotherapy is provided by Jeff Royter. Jeff holds certifications from the APTA, Animal Therapy section, and the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. Are you saying that Jeff is not a qualified professional pursuant to the terms of the Rider? So based on your response, what I am hearing is that you are saying Jeff is not a qualified professional pursuant to the terms of rider, even though his credentials were verified with your team.

Metlife is a great choice

Your customer service representative was wonderful. But the only reason that I needed to contact the company was because your online interface is ineffective. I was unable to get online and could never have done so without customer service intervention.

I have only used the ins. once and I was very satisfied. The payment was quick and seamless. I could go online and see exactly where the invoice was in processing and when I should expect the refund for services rendered at the vets office.

TOPL Coverage and Ease of Claim Payment
Our two rescue dogs have had a variety of issues the past year. Chewing into drug containers, rupturing leg joints. and dealing with a bad allergy season. Healthy Paws has been amazing. Always available to guide us with answers and explain coverages. And they truly care about the animals they are insuring. The entire group is professional and the coverage is excellent.
