I have only had great experiences with Pets Best Insurance. Within in a few days of submitting my claim, I’m informed that they received it. It has only taken a few days after that that I receive another notice stating what they are going to pay.

Excessive increase in premiums.
I had no issues with Embrace pet insurance when dealing with them. I only made one claim that was well below the deductible so there was no payout. It was when I received my quote for my annual renewal and it had gone up 59% that I chose to end my policy with them and go somewhere else. I know all policies go up, but almost 60% with no payout claims. Kind of ridiculous from my perspective.

Have had this pet insurance for 2 years…
Have had this pet insurance for 2 years and only started using it this year due to my cat starting to get sick. Claims can take awhile but that's fine with me. They have never challenged the bill and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I have no regrets getting ASPCA Pet insurance. It has been a life saver for my cat. I have no fear of going into the vet getting care for my cat and worrying about the cost.

Should be called "Petsworst"
They have no formulary treatment for dog sick with worms or giardia (common issues especially in puppies! I found this out when they shockingly didn't cover my dog's Panacur.) Also, my dog got conjunctivitis a second time last year (he's very social and in daycare) and they refused to cover the visit or antibiotics, calling this acute condition "pre-existing " because he had it twice. Unbelievable! They have yet to cover a penny of expenses. I want my money back for this sham coverage.
