Quick service on claims
Quick service on claims. I submitted a few claims for the first time and wow, very impressed with the quick turn around. I am very pleased. I hope I don't have anymore claims for obvious reasons, kitties please stay healthy! But knowing the insurance I have is reliable makes it easier to deal with anything that comes up.

Nationwide is the worst
Nationwide is the worst. They yearly cap every single illness, injury or service and they must use a 1980 reimbursement table. My dog had dangerously high liver values and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. My bill was $8000 and after much fighting, they paid $2000. After 9 years of 2 dogs premium payments and their claim that they provide “peace of mind in case of hospitalization” I was expecting the payment to be the other way around. Get a plan that pays a percentage like 80% 70% so at least you can plan and budget.

Peace of Mind
I’m incredibly grateful for the fast and compassionate service from Trupanion pet insurance during my cat’s emergency hospitalization. After a very serious medical emergency requiring blood transfusions, plasma transfusions, and specialty care, they processed and settled my claim within just days, with payment arriving the following week. During such a stressful time, having quick support and reimbursement made an enormous difference. Excellent customer service, efficient claims handling, and true peace of mind when it mattered most. I highly recommend them to any pet owner.

My recent two claims were paid out much…
My recent two claims were paid out much quicker than usual so I definitely appreciated that but MetLife is more expensive for less coverage than other companies so I cannot give five stars a lot of competitors I would be paying less money each month with an endless amount of coverage instead of only two dogs for $5000 coverage per year

MetLife reps are great!
While the app and being able to view attachments and check status of claims and payments is cumbersome And requires download of documents to view content of claims Anytime I have spoke to a person they have been friendly, efficient and able to answer questions. I wish it were easy to be able to view even a quick thumbnail preview of each claim to be able to identify which claim Is listed cs having to go three layers in to know which claim I am looking at
