I would definitely recommend spot
I have had spot Insurance for my cat and dog for about a year now and been super happy with it. Was previously with a different company which was a lot more difficult to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Good customer service makes a difference
I considereal getting pet insurance for quite some time, and I looked in detail at many policies before selecting Spot. When I called to find out how to do my initial claim, I was very disappointed when the Spot representative told me I had to do it online through your website. At that time, my computer had just crashed. Needless to say, I was ready to cancel. Fortunately, when I called back I spoke with a different rep, and she was so positive and helpful. I completed the claim through the mail, and it was processed by Spot in good time. I now have no plan to cancel my pet insurance. I really appreciated the time that second representative took to help me. With her, Spot pet insurance has a valuable asset in customer service.

The coverage for the price is fantastic. Using direct deposit, I get my check more quickly. I also like being able to talk to a vet when I’m not sure if I need to take my dog in or not.
