This is from submitting receipts for 2022. I had a few and one just barely made the cutoff, but they were all paid very successfully and with a very attractive reimbursement amount. I'm not remembering for certain but it was 80% or more of my vet bills.

Vet NOT recommended
My partner and I are both veterinarians and will never use fetch again nor recommend it to clients. Paid premiums for years (6.5k total) and have been declined coverage for our cat who developed diabetes this spring. Based on my experience working with insurance companies I believe fetch is the one that most consistently fights to not pay out legitimate claims - my other pets are insured with other companies. The absolute patronizing manner with which I was spoken to by Don is beyond unacceptable. Insurance companies like Fetch make my job more difficult as negative experiences with insurance companies will lead to less pet owners being covered and more instances of appropriate medical care being out of reach for uninsured pet owners. EDIT: After receiving a phone call to follow up with this review, was given the exact same non-sensical run around - pointless and a waste of time. The net result of our cat's insurance coverage? Thousands of dollars completely wasted. The implication in the response to this review that this could have been a pre-existing condition (unmanaged diabetic over 4 years?!) is medically ridiculous - he had full bloodwork panels and was completely asymptomatic prior to developing symptoms this year - just an excuse not to cover.

Great pet insurance
People warned me about pet insurance. I was told every company will do whatever it can to avoid paying a claim. This simply wasn't true with Embrace. After signing up, I had a few unexpected claims almost immediately and once I hit my deductible, they paid without issue. Their service has been fantastic and I'm so grateful I signed up for pet insurance. I honestly have no complaints with Embrace.

It is a terrible service
It is a terrible service, first I call and ask for pre-approval for an operation with a budget of $950, they said yea everything is ok after I was with FIGO 3 years for the insurance that I never used, they approve the operation and then I make the claim and they tell me that my policy was renewed automatically and they can’t cover the cost of the operation because the terms had been changed in the new policy, obviously all this changed to your convenience. This service is useless, it is terrible they never telling me nothin about the change, they just decided change this year.

Very Pleased with Pumkin…
Nearing end of my first year with a pet policy from Pumpkin and they have been great. Especially since they went paperless, the service, processing time, payment and communication have all been wonderful!! Very pleased & renewing soon.
