premiums doubled in 2 years
The monthly premium has more than doubled in just 2 years. My dog is only 5 years old! can not imagine how much they are going to charge as it reaches an age where the insurance is actually going to be used. You can't even cancel the policy online, you have to call in, been waiting 30 minutes to get to human and still waiting. Ridiculous.

Money pit!
This company does not process reviews in a timely manner. They will send emails or include on the app that they are waiting for paperwork from the veterinary, but paperwork has been provided. I submitted paperwork on the 15th, paperwork from the vet was submitted on the 18th, and the 1st of the next month there were no updates that the paperwork had been received-only they were still waiting for paperwork. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was told it could take anywhere from 15-42 days to complete the claim! I stated that I pay for insurance every 30 days but my claim cannot be processed for 42 days! Only to be told that the claim may be denied. The website states fast and easy service. The claims representative stated that was only for wellness checks, which is not what the website states. Long story short...I cancelled the policy because this was not the first time I encountered the same experience. Run from this pet service or should I say-lack of service.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. i started out paying 50 bucks a month for my dog when he was 2. He is now 12 with no chronic health problem. This year they raised my rates by 47 dollars. I'm now paying 206 dollars. It's crap. It's predatory. I hope everyone who works here understands the harm they are doing to pet owners.

My dog had to have emergency surgery…
My dog had to have emergency surgery for a torn ACL and they will not cover it based on a guise that it was preexisting. The torn ACL was from an accident. This is fraud and they had no problem taking my money for three years.
